For 15 years, Kelly suffered from stomachaches, lethargy, bloody noses, and migraines that went undiagnosed by several doctors. Her symptoms were relieved when she received a nutritional analysis and discovered that she was gluten intolerant. This diagnosis changed her life. She has been gluten-free since 2004.
Kelly has years of experience in the restaurant industry. Her passion for and expertise in this industry, coupled with a desire to create delicious gluten-free foods inspired her to be a part of the Gluten Free Bistro.
