The Gluten Free Bistro provides the type of foods that celiac and gluten intolerant people have been craving, to satisfy their palates and promote their health. We have found that most gluten-free packaged foods lack flavor, texture, quality, and nutritious ingredients,so we decided to create gluten-free foods that use the highest quality ingredients which are nutrient dense, and delicious. We are proud of our gluten-free pizza crust and assure you that each bite will remind you of the gluten containing products that you crave.
Today’s gluten-free products contain "white" flour ingredients. These "white" ingredients, i.e., white rice flour, which lack vitamins, minerals, flavor and fiber. In addition, these products usually have high sugar, a high glycemic index, and high sodium content, as well as leavening agents containing aluminum. Our products are different because they contain a proprietary blend of whole grain gluten-free flours, called the Bistro Flour Blend, providing flavor, vitamins, minerals, protein, and fiber. The Bistro Flour Blend is made of brown rice flour, organic buckwheat flour, sorghum flour, tapioca flour, organic coconut flour, & xanthan gum. For the celiac and gluten intolerant populations, nutritious products are necessary to maintain health and rebuild nutrient deficiencies for those suffering from malabsorption. We are dedicated to making products that are all natural, trans fat free, low in sodium, and full of nutrition and taste!
