Boulder, CO (April 2, 2012) – The Gluten Free Bistro is gearing up for the Boulder Roubaix, April 7, 2012 hosted by DBC Events. This hallowed bike race is named after and held the same day as the ‘Queen of the Classics’ French race that goes from Paris to Roubaix.
