As our restaurant partner, we encourage you to take part in our Gluten-Free Safe Dining Program to ensure that you and your staff are well trained about the issues and avoidance of cross contamination when it comes to providing gluten-free products.
Please contact us to receive a complimentary front and back of the house training and additional safety and handling procedure documents. The below items are free of charge and a service we provide as part of our commitment to safe dining. We provide this complimentary service because we know that if the staff builds consumer confidence by answering questions easily, you will gain repeat business. Consumers with celiac disease and gluten intolerance can have a reaction from any exposure to gluten in their food and we want to assist your team to ensure the purity of the product gets to the consumer.
