Neapolitan Style Gluten-Free Pizza Crust
This pizza crust is so good that it is served in some of the finest restaurants in Boulder. Our vegan crust is made with 100% whole grain flours and 100% non-GMO ingredients. Our crust cooks up perfectly with a balance of textures similar to a traditional Neapolitan-style pizza. A topped frozen crust cooks in 14-15 minutes in a 400 degree (ovens vary). For bests results cook pizza right on the rack or a stone. A perfectly cooked crust is crispy on the bottom and a slice will support the ingredients without becoming limp.
