Our dough ball is made with 100% whole grain flours and 100% non-GMO ingredients. Our dough ball is versatile and you can create NY-style and Chicago-style pizza for family and friends.  This dough is cooked perfectly when the crust is crispy on the bottom and a slice will support the ingredients without becoming limp.
