GF Bagels-Quick and Easy

GF Bagels Made with Our Dough Ball Available at Select Whole Foods in the Rocky Mtn Region
 
Ingredients
One 12 ounce dough ball makes 5 bagels. I used 3 dough balls and made 14.
The Gluten Free Bistro’s Dough Ball
Olive Oil
Topping of choice: Poppy Seeds, Sesame Seeds, Dried Garlic, Dried Onion, etc.
 
Directions:
Place The Gluten Free Bisto’s Dough Ball in the refrigerator for 7-8 hours to defrost.

Egg and Cheese GF Breakfast Muffins

Ingredients:
Gluten Free Bistro Dough Ball (read more and find dough retail www.theglutenfreebistro.com)
4-5 large eggs
1 small handful of shredded cheese of your choice
2 tbs  milk or rice milk
2 tsp fresh herbs, chopped
1 large handful baby spinach, diced
1/3 cup chopped veggies, I used cooked mushrooms
salt and pepper to taste

1 1/2 cups milk or rice milk
2/3 cup pumpkin puree
1 egg
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 1/3 cups Bistro Blend All Purpose GF flour (available for purchase www.theglutenfreebistro.com)
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1-1/4 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon ground pumpkin pie spice
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt

GF Breakfast Pear Bread with Lemon & Pecans

1 egg
1/4 cup melted butter
1 cup white sugar

1 cup pear sauce (can substitute natural apple-sauce)
1 tsp bourbon vanilla extract
1.5 tsp grated lemon zest
1tbs fresh lemon juice
1.5 cups The Gluten Free Bistro’s All Purpose Flour Blend (www.theglutenfreebistro.com)
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

Gluten-Free Cinnamon Waffles

Ingredients
1 cup GF flour (Bistro Blend All Purpose GF Flour)
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1.5 tbs sugar
1 heaping tsp baking soda
1/8 cup + 1 tbs canola oil
1 egg
~2 cups liquid (water, rice milk, milk, soy milk)
Directions
Whisk all dry ingredients together. Set aside. Whisk oil and egg together. Add to dry mixture. Slowly add 1/2 cup of liquid and stir, continue adding a little at a time until consistency is not too thick and easy to spoon into a waffle iron.  Pour into …

Sweetheart Granola [Gluten-Free]

This is called Sweetheart Granola because my sweetheart loves it.  You will not be disappointed either.
6 c Gluten Free Oats
2 c Raw Almonds, coarsely chopped
1 c Light Brown Sugar
1 T Cinnamon
1 t Ginger Powder
2 t Olive Oil
1/2 c Brown Rice Syrup
1 c Applesauce
1 c Dried Cranberries
1 c Crystalized Ginger, coarsely chopped
Mix well all but the cranberries and ginger together in a bowl.  Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
