Social Responsibility

The Gluten Free Bistro donated a percentage of sales in product to the House of Neighborly Service in Loveland, Colorado (www.honservice.org). This organization is the new test site to help establish Gluten Free Food Banks across the nation. Feeding gluten-free families in need is an overlooked cause that needs to be addressed now as the diagnosis of celiac disease and gluten intolerance continues to improve.

We also donate our gluten free products to Wish Upon a Hero, www.wishuponahero.com.

We donated a percentage of our sales to our local Boulder County Celiac Group in June 2011.
